What happened to you in the past is not your fault. "Responsibility-First" simply means taking back the steering wheel today. It means realizing that while you didn't cause your wounds, you are the only one who has the power to heal them. It's about moving from feeling helpless to feeling empowered.
How does changing what I eat actually help my mental health?
Your brain and your gut are in constant communication. When you eat highly processed foods and sugar, it creates inflammation that sends "danger" signals straight to your brain, causing anxiety and brain fog.
